Tinta Rayapreneur 2025: Future Entrepreneurs in the Making
Young Talents and Their Big Ideas Everyone can dream of having their own business, even the little ones! Just ask your child; if you could sell one thing, what would it be? You might be surprised by their answers! At Sekolah Tinta, Glenmarie, that spark of creativity and ambition is exactly what we aim to nurture through Tintapreneur, a platform that gives Tinta students hands-on exposure to the world of entrepreneurship. This year, Tintapreneur 2025 took place on the 26th of April, with a special festive twist. Hence, we call it Tinta Rayapreneur! Our young entrepreneurs showcased their passion through a wide variety of creative booths: Coffirst, The Little Picasso, Lensa Raya Klasik, Hauz, Batique Chanting, Lekorlicious Bites, Maker Chips, Mojito Delicioso, Fryrific, CinemFirst, F n B Raya, Chicky Bites, Brew N’ Bite, Sweet & Tiny Gifts, ChickaDoo Doo, BunBun Stationary and Little Bubble Land. What makes Tintapreneur a great platform for Tinta students? Students gain knowledge not only by lessons in the classroom, but also by the way of practice. So, when there’s Tintapreneur, students don’t just talk about business, they actually run one! From brainstorming ideas with their teachers to planning, managing and executing, they dive into the full entrepreneurial experience. As they engage in this business simulation, they are exposed to real-world business challenges such as handling customer feedback, solving last-minute hiccups and staying calm under pressure. Our students love working together and making things happen. So, when they join Tintapreneur, they fully embrace the opportunity to collaborate. Whether it’s finding creative solutions, dividing tasks or supporting each other through challenges, teamwork is at the heart of everything they do. They learn how to delegate and adapt to each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Tintapreneur is not about individual success, it’s about learning to work as a team and turning ideas into action. It’s one for all and all for one! Through Tintapreneur, students grow not only as learners but as leaders. For many, it’s their first time stepping into roles that involve decision-making, handling finances and customer interaction. Some may feel shy or unsure of their abilities, but as they go out of their comfort zones, they learn to think on their feet and might even surprise themselves with new strengths or talents they never knew they had! The experience helps them build a strong foundation of key entrepreneurial traits: confidence, adaptability, initiative and grit. One of the most meaningful aspects of Tintapreneur is the support system behind the students. Tinta teachers and parents play an important role, not only as mentors but as motivators who guide students every step of the way. This collaborative environment creates a strong sense of community; one where students feel encouraged, safe to take risks and proud to share their progress. It’s this spirit of mentorship that helps transform a simple school event into a deeply impactful learning experience. Thank You from the Bottom of our Hearts All in all, we were happy to see all Tinta parents, teachers and students smiling widely throughout the whole event. Thank you so much! To everyone who came, thank you for spending your time with us and cheering on our young entrepreneurs. We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we did, and we look forward to seeing you again at our next event!
